Returns and Exchange

21-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

Your complete satisfaction is important to us, and we guarantee it with our 21-day money back returns policy. Should you for any reason change your mind on a purchase, you can return it within 21 days from the day you received it, no questions asked. You will only pay for return shipping, and once we process it we will refund the purchase price you had paid for the item(s).

To qualify for the 21-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be in their original purchase condition - unopened and unused. Holahow reserves the right to reject returns for merchandise that are not in re-stock condition. Personalized merchandise such as engraved items do not qualify for returns. Items that are returned without its accompanying manuals, parts and accessories also do not qualify for a refund.
  • Return shipping & handling shall be the responsibility of the buyer. This includes shipping and handling costs and also any loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using registered mail.

Defective or Incorrect Items

While we do our utmost to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition, some factors are beyond our control and we seek your kind understanding in these rare circumstances. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days from the day you received your order. Depending on your preference, we will do a 1-to-1 exchange or a full refund for defective items, and we will bear the return shipment cost.

If your item is found to be defective after 21 days, you should contact the manufacturer directly for their warranty policy. While Holahow will not be responsible for products beyond our 21-day guarantee, we can help to liaise with the manufacturer if you require assistance.

Procedure for Return and Exchange

First, contact us at info@holahow.com with your request together with the Returns/Exchange Form duly filled up (form can be downloaded here)
For defective items, a detailed description and accompanying pictures will help expedite the process. Then, wait for our reply within 3 business days for further instructions on shipping the item back to us.
